Release Date:
THE BUS is an ultra-realistic urban bus simulation game that puts you behind the wheel of officially licensed buses through a 1:1 scale recreation of Berlin . Drive, manage your routes and transport passengers solo or multiplayer, through the hours, seasons and weather conditions.
Description
Berlin as if you were there
The Bus lets you take the controls of various city buses on real Berlin transport routes. The German capital's network is faithfully recreated, allowing you to travel through iconic landmarks such as Alexanderplatz , the Victory Column , and the Brandenburg Gate .
On board licensed buses like the Scania Citywide , you manage ticket sales, passenger boarding and alighting, all while adhering to schedules and traffic flow. The traffic, entirely AI-controlled, includes vehicles, pedestrians, and complex traffic light systems that bring the city to life.
Thanks to a full day/night cycle , dynamic seasons , and changing weather, every journey offers a different experience. Numerous customization tools, such as livery changes , allow you to shape your own experience.
In 2021, The Bus was awarded the Deutschen Entwicklerpreis in the Most Wanted category, recognizing the public's anticipation and interest in this ambitious simulation.
