In 3174, with Earth's resources depleted and ecosystems destroyed by meteors, humans are divided between those who fled Earth and settled in the space colony 'Orbital Arc' and those who settled in Earth's 'Shelter' complex.
When all supplies sent from Shelter to Orbital Arc are cut off, humanity begins an experiment to find the last hope. Age, a young sword-wielding warrior, falls from Orbital Arc to Earth and sets out on a journey with his android Helvis to find the key to humanity's survival.

Using the power and agility of a variety of blades, you can execute fast, elegant combos and unleash devastating burst attacks to obliterate your enemies. Switch between a variety of attacks by mixing ground and air attacks, including air combos, enemy pulls, and more. Quickly identifying and manipulating attributes is essential to defeating different types of enemies.
Encounter a host of mutant and robotic enemies, requiring both finesse and robust attacks to take down. Switch blades on the fly to escalate the action by chaining together combos. Prepare for intense battles where you will need to use your weapons effectively to overpower crowds of enemies and huge, powerful bosses.
Use the rope to pull enemies towards you and quickly eliminate them, or Quantum Distortion to instantly access larger enemies. Use the rope cable strategically to overcome numerical inferiority, cross cliffs, and collect items quickly.
Gather resources to power up your weapons, develop your skills, and learn new combos. Modules and gears can be installed to enhance Age – strengthen your Claymore’s swing, increase your Katana’s combo, or extend your Gunblade’s fire. Helvis also provides Critical Rage for powerful attacks, healing pockets, and Time Shift to gain more items.
