Garuda is a living weapon that combines holy spirits and humans, supported by mechanical technology derived from alchemy and mechanical engineering. The Shinra, which once concentrated this power, put an end to its ambitions with the two Garudas it created, “Ageha” and “Tateha”. Three years later... After conducting forbidden experiments, the Kingdom of Soma artificially acquired the powers of the Garuda. From this power was born a single artificial Garuda, Asagi, responsible for the assassination of King Soma. Tsubame and Janome, the prince and princess of the Soma kingdom, are the artificial Garudas pursuing Asagi.
The ultimate powers “Awakening Saint” and “Awakening Zekkaku” bring out the true power of Garuda. When awakened, protagonists change personality and gender to bring forth the personality and appearance of the fused “Holy Spirit”.
