Laysara: Summit Kingdom - Rebuild a kingdom at the top of the mountains!

Laysara: Summit Kingdom is a challenging city-builder where you must create a new home for your people, driven from the lowlands.

In campaign or sandbox mode, you will establish multiple towns, each on a unique mountain with its own characteristics. All your towns coexist in symbiosis, creating a trade network that you can then adapt to your needs by revisiting previously developed settlements.

The kingdom of Laysara must be rebuilt!

Build, survive, and thrive at the top of the world

• Build on a mountain: Each mountain presents its own set of challenges. Mountains differ in shape, the configuration of their vegetation zones, the availability of their resources, and their weather conditions. Sometimes you will have plenty of space to farm in the green lowlands, and sometimes you will have to rely on livestock and the extraction of precious minerals in areas dangerously close to the summit glaciers. If you are in urgent need of a specific resource, you can always try to establish a trade route with another town.
• Manage avalanches: One of the ever-present dangers you will have to face is avalanches. It is impossible to prevent them, but you can take precautions and prepare. Reforest key areas to create natural barriers, build artificial barriers to deflect the surging masses of snow, or trigger the avalanche prematurely while it is still manageable. Develop a thoughtful and reliable strategy, and you might even be able to harness the power of the snow; otherwise, your town could be buried and devastated!
• Build a transport network: Transporting goods is easy, right? Not if your destination is on the other side of the mountain, several hundred meters higher, behind cliffs, ridges, canyons, and rivers. You will need to create a vast, complex transport network consisting of roads, bridges, and lifts to ensure reliable supply chains. As resource demand grows with the town's population, constantly strive to optimize your transport network: build paved roads, use more efficient lift systems, or assist your transporters with magnificent yaks.
• Erect a temple at the summit: If you manage to overcome all the mountain's dangers, build a network of efficient production chains, and satisfy all your population's needs, there is only one thing left to do: conquer the summit! To succeed in this colossal undertaking, you will need to reach the peak and establish safe access routes for your transporters to move huge quantities of construction resources. But be careful! The climate at this altitude is just as unforgiving as ever. The end result is well worth it: erecting the temple at the summit is a true triumph of human courage (and your logistical skill!) over the elements.
