Description
The Ultimate Psychonauts Sound Experience
Twenty years ago, Double Fine 's collectible platformer Psychonauts arrived with its sharp writing, crazy visuals, and eclectic music. This unique blend of summer camp, mind-bending levels, and super-spy references left its mark on video game history.
Peter McConnell 's soundtrack reflects this diversity, oscillating between Spanish tangos, whimsical whistling, circus brass, and much more. Each mental world has its own musical identity, making the experience unforgettable.
To celebrate this anniversary, iam8bit and Double Fine are reissuing the complete Psychonauts soundtrack on two audiophile-quality black vinyl records. Disc 1 features the original soundtrack in its entirety, while Disc 2 offers, for the first time, all the music from the game's scenes, enhanced with a revisited and remastered final medley.
