TRUXTON-STYLE ACTION! Truxton Extreme offers a supercharged shooting experience for pros and beginners alike. Blast through hordes of aliens with the Power Shot, Truxton Beam, Thunder Laser, and Homing Shot, and don't forget to breathe when you face gigantic bosses in the ultimate fight for humanity!
RETRO GAME WITH MODERN POWER The game's content, music, and graphics have all evolved since the 80s. Truxton Extreme is now fully 3D, without losing the series' iconic visual style. Insect-like creatures, undulating metal tentacles, long mechanical snakes, twinkling eye-like lights, and spikes… In Truxton Extreme, you'll have to face your worst nightmares and blow them to smithereens!
A HEROIC SOUNDTRACK Truxton has always been famous for its soundscape, and Truxton Extreme is no exception. Original composer Masahiro Yuge offers an explosive new soundtrack that is as stimulating as it is captivating. Discover reworked tracks from the original game, as well as brand-new compositions. It's the best of all worlds!
SOLO OR MULTIPLAYER? There are several ways to play Truxton Extreme. In Story mode, players follow three characters, level up, and dive into the narrative through an epic (and animated) manga series. Purists can turn to Arcade mode. And if you're lacking firepower, Team mode allows you to play with a friend, sharing your lives and score. But don't forget Arena, Training, and Tutorial modes!
UNLOCKABLES GALORE Do you like unlocking bonus content in games? Then it's your lucky day! In Model Viewer, you can inspect defeated enemies. And don't forget to visit Pipiru Village, home to all the adorable little creatures known as Pipiru. What will happen if you upgrade their home?
